Hi, I am Priti Sanghavi

I used to believe that life was meant to feel effortless. That if I found the perfect blend of self-help techniques, daily meditation, yoga, and a nourishing diet, I could keep life in a constant state of ease. I knew challenges would come, but I was convinced I had all the right tools to stay positive, no matter what.

For a while, it worked.

I built my career in international banks, leading teams and managing challenges. At that time, I had no space to think about my passions—or even my health. Until the day came when my body forced me to listen. I started struggling with health issues—palpitations, emotional breakdowns—signals I could no longer ignore. I decided to take a break, but the best thing I did for myself was to never stop learning.

I invested my time in becoming a yoga instructor, and for the first time in years, I felt a deep sense of fulfillment. I found joy in guiding others—whether in business, wellness, or personal growth—helping them unlock their potential and navigate change.

Then, I stumbled upon coaching and mentoring.

Yet, the more I learned, the more I realized how little I knew.

I saw people, despite their best efforts, hitting the same walls—repeating patterns, chasing positivity, seeking transformation, but feeling stuck. They had all the tools, yet something was missing. And I felt it too.
That’s when I leaned into what truly matters—connection, presence, and learning. Not just learning in the intellectual sense, but through experience, reflection, and shared wisdom. I embraced the messy, unpredictable nature of growth. I allowed space for both structure and spontaneity.

Now, my journey is about continuous learning, sharing, and evolving—whether through coaching, technology, yoga, or creative pursuits like music and crochet. I believe in the power of community, and that’s why I’m here. I look forward to these weekly gatherings, to learning from each of you, and to growing together.
Because the quest never really ends—it only deepens.

With this realization, things started to shift—at first, only on the inside. Outwardly, not much changed. In my sessions, I had already been intuitively doing what felt right: making space for the real, the raw, the messy, alongside the grand visions of success and fulfillment. But outside those spaces, I hid. I stayed within the safety of the positivity bubble, a place where most people seemed content to remain. It was comfortable, familiar, and most of all, it required no risk.

But something inside me knew better.

I didn’t have the confidence to stand my ground and express what was gradually becoming crystal clear to me—that our pain, our struggles, our moments of doubt and darkness are not things to be fixed or ignored but to be understood, embraced, and integrated. That the process of real transformation isn’t about constantly feeling good or finding some elusive state of perfection—it’s about becoming fully present in the full spectrum of human experience.

Earlier this year, I took a leap. I joined a six-month mentoring program for yoga teachers with Naomi Absalom. Unlike traditional training, this wasn’t about refining postures or deepening my understanding of anatomy. It was about the psychology of teaching, about truly seeing people—about truly seeing myself. And in that process, something cracked open.

A crisis of sorts. A moment of reckoning.

Looking back, I see it clearly now: I sought out the mentor because I was already in crisis. I was already questioning, already resisting, already feeling out of place. I didn’t fit into the mold of a “typical” yoga teacher, nor did I fit the image of a “typical” life coach—if such things even exist. I wasn’t drawn to the neatly packaged wisdom of social media self-help. I wasn’t interested in selling feel-good affirmations or surface-level solutions. Much of what I saw in the personal development world felt hollow—attractive in theory, but lacking the depth required to create real, lasting change.
And so, I found myself at a crossroads: Stay hidden in the comfort of the familiar, or step forward and own what I knew to be true.

I chose to stay—not in hiding, but in the work.

One thing I’ve come to understand is that my tendency to escape, to remove myself from the equation, is a defense mechanism. A way for my ego to keep me separate, to absolve me of responsibility. But I’ve learned that real change only happens when we stay. When we face what’s uncomfortable. When we sit in the tension between who we have been and who we are becoming.

I stay because I believe in the work I do, and because I know it is needed now more than ever. I stay because only by staying can I make a difference.

And I refuse to gloss over the shadow side—mine or yours.

Because I believe that struggle gives us strength. That those who are brave enough to sit with their discomfort, to explore their resistance, to navigate their emotions instead of bypassing them, are the ones who go on to live the most meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Life is not meant to be a constant high. It is mundane most of the time, hard some of the time, unbearable on some days, and extraordinary on others. If we are always chasing the next moment of bliss, we are setting ourselves up for disappointment—because that is not how life works. True power lies in understanding that our humanness is our greatest asset. That our struggles, our scars, our complexities—they are not weaknesses. They are the foundation of our strength.
Joy doesn’t just happen. It’s not something we stumble upon by accident. It is something we build, something we cultivate through conscious effort. Yes, there are small, everyday pleasures—fleeting, beautiful moments. But real, lasting happiness? That takes work. It takes the courage to look at ourselves honestly. To ask why we give meaning to certain things, why we hold certain beliefs, why we continue patterns that no longer serve us. It takes the willingness to go deeper—to stop scratching the surface and truly commit to change.

And yes, that work is hard.

Good.

Because it should be.

So, let’s do this together.

I am not here to sell you regurgitated cliches about effortless transformation. I am not here to promise you a magic pill, a secret formula, or a shortcut to the life of your dreams. Because while those promises sound enticing, they are not real.
Change is not a singular event. It is a commitment—a choice you make over and over again, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it feels impossible. Change challenges us because it pulls us out of our carefully constructed comfort zones. It forces us to confront uncertainty, and that is terrifying. It means dismantling belief systems that have shaped us since childhood. It means unraveling habits that feel like second nature. It means confronting the ideals we have held ourselves and others to.

And that takes guts.

Not everyone is willing to go there.

But if you are, I will walk with you.

If you are looking for a guru, move on. I am not your woman.

If you want someone to tell you that everything will work out exactly the way you want, move on. I am not your woman.
If you are searching for a way to bypass your discomfort, to escape your negative emotions, to stay within the illusion of perfect positivity, move on. I am definitely not your woman.

But if you are willing to trust me, I will guide you on a journey of meaningful, deep, and lasting transformation.
If you are ready to take full responsibility for your life, I will be here to support you, to challenge you, and to hold space for you. If you are ready to truly see yourself, I will be the mirror that reflects back your wholeness—the light and the dark, the strength and the vulnerability, the wounds and the wisdom.

If you commit to this path, I will help you build strong boundaries, a deep sense of self, and an unwavering belief in your worth. I will be your anchor as you explore, reflect, and rediscover who you are beneath the layers of conditioning. I will encourage you to embrace your complexity—to own every part of yourself, to celebrate your resilience, to navigate the discomfort with grace.

And in the end, YOU will create the change. YOU will learn to trust yourself. YOU will step into your power. YOU will define your path.

Because I am not here to fix you.

First, because you are not broken.

And second, because true transformation is something only you can initiate. My role is not to carry you but to walk beside you until the moment you realize you no longer need me. Until the moment you become your own guide, your own sanctuary, your own source of strength.

And when that moment comes, I will step back.

You won’t even notice.

Because by then, you will have found your way home—to yourself.
